  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

How to cook it

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  2. Add the spinach in batches, tossing until each addition wilts before adding more.
  3. Remove from the heat and toss with the lemon juice.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
