Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb chicken breast
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp neutral oil
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lime
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 tsp salt

How to cook it

  1. Heat the oven to 425F.
  2. Toss the chicken, peppers, and onions with the oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and salt on a sheet pan.
  3. Spread in a single layer and roast until the chicken is cooked and the edges char, about 22 minutes, stirring once.
  4. Squeeze lime over the top.
  5. Warm the tortillas and serve with the fajita filling, sour cream, and salsa.
