- 1.5 lb chicken breast
- 3 bell peppers
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 lime
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tsp salt
How to cook it
- Heat the oven to 425F.
- Toss the chicken, peppers, and onions with the oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and salt on a sheet pan.
- Spread in a single layer and roast until the chicken is cooked and the edges char, about 22 minutes, stirring once.
- Squeeze lime over the top.
- Warm the tortillas and serve with the fajita filling, sour cream, and salsa.
